Jeralynn Goheen was born and raised in the Midwest. After college, she moved from Minnesota to Bozeman where she met and married her husband, Larry. Over the years, their family has grown to include 3 boys, 3 daughters-in-law, and 5 grandchildren. Her life and professional experience showcase owning and operating two separate assisted living homes; one in Medford, OR and the second in Sahuarita, AZ. While still running a demanding business, Jeralynn received her AZ real estate license in 2011 and later went on to obtain her AZ real estate broker’s license in 2015.

In 2021, Larry and Jeralynn moved back to North Idaho to be closer to family.  Here is where they feel "We're Home!" They love the four seasons and are enjoying all that North Idaho has to offer. Just a few months later, Jeralynn received her Idaho real estate broker’s license.
