Don Charney is a North Idaho native with almost 2 decades of professional real estate expertise. While Don is a trusted real estate professional his true passion is people. He loves helping others. He built a successful real estate business helping to educate buyers and sellers to meet and even exceed their real estate dreams.  He has also built a successful property management company: CEDARWOOD PROPERTIES, LLC, specializing in residential investments. He strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment to educate each one of his clients. Don is both a homeowner and a real estate investor, which makes him empathetic to clients as they experience the current real estate climate.

As a native Idahoan, Don has great local knowledge of the area. Growing up in North Idaho and seeing its growth gives him firsthand knowledge to better help his clients. His years growing up on a farm taught him the importance of hard work, responsibility, and how to serve others with integrity. These values allow him to provide the best service to his real estate clients. He prides himself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude. His goal is to educate each client so they feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying, selling or leasing their home. He is in constant communication with his clients through the process. He continually goes above and beyond the call.

When he is not working, Don enjoys traveling with his family and serving in his church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He loves golfing, hiking, dirt biking and water activities on North Idaho’s many gorgeous waterways.
