Chris started his real estate career in 2004 and has been an annual multimillion dollar agent for the last 20 years. A large percentage of his business is made up from repeat clients and referrals from his valued clients. The true test of a satisfied client is if they recommend you to their friends. Chris has worked hard to satisfy his clients by prioritizing their concerns over commission, year after year. 

Chris’s family moved to Bonners Ferry, Idaho in 1966 where he graduated from the local high school. He then went on to attend and received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Idaho. An Idaho boy at heart, he married a third generation Idaho girl and raised three boys, all of whom still live in Idaho! 

Prior to going into real estate, Chris ran several different businesses from floor covering to a screen print shop. At the same time, he invested in his community as an elected official. From 1988 to 1991, he served as County Commissioner and then City Councilman from 2004 to 2008, as well serving on many different boards, including serving as church Pastor from 1989 to 2004. How did all of that to qualify him to become a Real Estate Broker/Agent? He will tell you that it is all about relationships and loving people.

Chris’s specialty in real estate is in his home county, Boundary County. It is where he lives, plays, raised his family, and God willing, where he will be buried.  After traveling the world over, Chris has always returned with a greater appreciation for home.
