Erica Auten has been selling real estate since 2018. With a family of contractors and living in North Idaho since 1988, she has the knowledge and background to help you with all your real estate needs. Erica holds honesty, integrity, and values at a high regard, in all aspects of her life. She has been married to her husband, Jesse, for almost 23 years. They have raised three amazing children. Erica's favorite real estate accomplishment was helping her son purchase his first home when he was just 19 years old.

Erica's favorite part of helping her clients is providing a voice for them when they cannot speak for themselves. It is her personal goal to make sure everyone is treated with kindness and respect throughout the transaction, making sure they not only get the best deal, while ensuring that the entire process is as stress-free as possible. She is also passionate about helping our elderly. As a new agent she quickly saw how easily the elderly can be taken advantage of and that is something she will not let happen.
